My name is June Cuthbertson and my husband Steve and I welcome you to Southpaw.   We started in 1993 when we chose a Bittany for its special hunting abilities and great family appeal.  At first it was all about the hunting but I knew that the Brittany can do so much more.   In 2001 I stepped into the confirmation ring and there was no going back.  I had always loved to see the dogs work in the field, now I had the chance to see them shine in the ring.

We occasionally have show and pet quality puppies available for placement in loving  homes.  We bred with the intent of creating the true dual dog with quality temperament, strong hunting instincts and eager trainability. Brittany's are excellent family companions that can migrate between the family couch, the show ring and the field in a single day.  Our dogs and puppies are raised in our home with lots of loving family interaction.  We practice a limited vacinne protocol and feed all natural raw food. We are members of the Michigan Brittany Club, American Brittany Club, the American Brittany Rescue and the National Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club..
